10,000 secure more reuse with our app
More than 10,000 people have now downloaded ARGO's Direct Reuse app.
With just five clicks on your phone, you can help get an overview of how much we reuse together. That's the purpose of ARGO's Direct Reuse app, which you should use when picking up items in the Direct Reuse tents at ARGO's recycling centres.
More than 10,000 people have now downloaded the app. An important step towards more reuse. Every time someone clicks a second-hand item from the tent into the app, we learn how many things get a new life, and we can calculate how muchCO2 we save our environment, nature and the climate together.
60,000 items have already been given new life
The great support shows that many Danes want to reuse more.
Since the summer of 2024, 60,000 items have changed hands in ARGO's Direct Reuse tents. Items that might otherwise have ended up in the recycling centre's containers for recycling or incineration. The CO2 savings amount to approximately 703 tonnes. This corresponds to the annualcarbon footprint of approximately 54 Danes and shows that even small actions can make a big difference to our climate.
Direct Reuse now also opens in Køge
Hopefully, together we can prevent even more useful things from becoming waste. On Saturday 22 March at 12:00 noon, together with Køge Municipality, we will also open a large Direct Reuse tent at the recycling centre in Køge.
We do this with a grand opening party where you can hunt for second-hand in the tent and enjoy a free hotdog - if you have downloaded our Direct Reuse app.
With the tent in Køge , private individuals, companies, organizations and associations in Køge now also have the opportunity to help ensure that even more things are reused - both by placing and collecting things in the tent.
